Digital product — no physical shipping

GradeKar sells only a digital product: the CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate (a PDF). There is nothing physical to ship, so no shipping charges apply.

Instant delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, the watermark-free PDF is generated and made available for immediate download in your browser, in the same session. There is no waiting period.

If the download doesn't start

If payment succeeded but the download did not complete (connection drop, closed tab, etc.), email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment reference and we will re-issue the certificate, or refund you per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
