What This Tool Does

GradeKar provides free CGPA/SGPA/Percentage conversion calculators using formulas published by Indian universities. The calculators run entirely in your browser. The site also offers one optional paid item — the CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate (see Payments below).

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we make every effort to use accurate, officially published formulas, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Universities may update their formulas, have programme-specific variations, or use different schemes for different batches.

GradeKar is intended for quick reference and personal use. For official purposes — including but not limited to loan applications, visa processes, job applications, and university admissions — always verify with your university's examination department or official transcript.

No Affiliation

GradeKar is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any university, board, or educational institution mentioned on this site. University names are used solely for identification purposes.

Limitation of Liability

GradeKar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of calculated results — including incorrect percentages due to formula changes, data entry errors, or programme-specific variations.

Intellectual Property

The design, code, and original content of GradeKar are our intellectual property. University names, logos, and formulas belong to their respective institutions and are used under nominative fair use.

Acceptable Use

You may use this tool for personal, educational purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape or bulk-extract data from this site
  • Use automated tools to overload our servers
  • Misrepresent calculated results as official university documents

Payments, Pricing & Refunds

The calculators are free. The optional CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate is a paid one-time digital download (₹49), processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing you agree to our Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Delivery Policy. Ritusmoi Kaushik is not registered under GST; no GST is charged, and the receipt issued is a payment receipt, not a GST tax invoice. The certificate is a self-generated document reflecting your university's published formula and is not an official university-issued certificate.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
