Refund & Cancellation Policy

GradeKar's calculators are free. The only paid item is the optional CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate (₹49, one-time). This policy explains when that purchase can be refunded.

1. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but the certificate did not download (for example, a technical error after payment), or you were charged more than once for the same certificate, we will refund the affected amount in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Instant digital delivery

The certificate is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Because you can review the full certificate as a free watermarked preview before paying, and the clean file is generated and delivered instantly on payment, a successfully delivered certificate is generally non-refundable once downloaded.

3. Problems with a delivered certificate

If the certificate you paid for is wrong because of an error on our side (for example, an incorrect formula for your university), contact us. We will correct and re-issue it at no extra cost, or refund you if we cannot. Note that values you entered yourself (your CGPA, name, roll number) are your responsibility to enter correctly.

4. Cancellation

As delivery is instant, there is no separate cancellation window once payment completes. If you change your mind before paying, simply close the payment window — you are not charged.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt (and the name/university on the certificate). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
